For Founders
Venture Studio Intake
Turn a complex healthcare AI idea into a trusted, investable company with product, engineering, and commercialization support from day one.
LOTUS CHAIN Hub is a dual-engine entity: a specialized Healthcare AI Venture Studio that partners with founders, and the parent organization driving core infrastructure — AlPa, our Edge AI inference platform — and clinical products DiagFlow and Lotus Health. Build with us, or build on our stack.
For Founders
Turn a complex healthcare AI idea into a trusted, investable company with product, engineering, and commercialization support from day one.
For Engineering & Clinical Teams
Evaluate and integrate the core engine — AlPa — or the clinical products built on it: DiagFlow's governed diagnostic workflows and Lotus Health's oncology support.
Active initiatives
Each initiative is an active LOTUS CHAIN Hub entity — engineered in-house, governed by design, and unified by the AlPa core engine.

The unified Edge AI inference platform: WebAssembly + WebGPU with Dawn as the native backend. Compile once, run everywhere — browsers, edge devices, servers, and embedded systems.
Explore AlPaEngine integration
Every product in the LOTUS CHAIN Hub stack runs on AlPa — the unified Edge AI inference platform compiled on WebAssembly + WebGPU. The same signed model artifacts, license-gated runtime, and zero-cloud execution model power browser demos, hospital workstations, and embedded devices alike.
A single codebase delivers GPU-accelerated inference to browsers (WASM), edge devices, servers, and embedded systems via Dawn-backed WebGPU.
Inference runs on the device in front of the user — ~90%+ cloud compute cost reduction and privacy by design, with no data leaving the room.
Every model load and inference call is validated against Ed25519-signed licenses — enforced at the runtime layer, not bolted on.
GGUF-compatible, progressively loaded model artifacts work identically in a browser tab and on a hospital edge server.
DiagFlow adds workflow governance and audit graphs; Lotus Health adds oncology decision support — both on the same engine.
No output crosses into a report without explicit clinician review, override, and an append-only audit trail.
The venture engine
We partner with technically ambitious founders in markets where trust matters — bringing idea validation, clinical alignment, and execution under one roof.
Pressure-test the opportunity with market framing, user research, and realistic product assumptions before a line of code is written.
Move from concept to MVP with support across AI systems, product architecture, and delivery planning — powered by our own edge AI infrastructure.
Shape solutions around evidence, healthcare workflows, and domain-specific credibility requirements.
Tap into a growing network of founders, operators, researchers, partners, and strategic backers.

Portfolio direction
The AlPa engine is the foundation. DiagFlow and Lotus Health are the clinical products built on it. Oxin Surgery rounds out the portfolio in healthcare access.

The unified, vendor-neutral edge AI inference platform built on WebAssembly + WebGPU (Dawn backend) — compile once and run everywhere, with license-gated security and GGUF model support.

The low-code clinical canvas on AlPa — governed multimodal diagnostic pipelines from ingestion and de-identification to local inference and human-reviewed reporting.

Oncology diagnostic support: AI-assisted breast cancer imaging workflows with clinician override, DICOMweb & FHIR integration, and local inference metrics.

Cross-border care coordination designed to improve access to specialist surgical procedures and patient support.
