Founded by a team of young entrepreneurs and technical guys, Blue Lotus Hub started as a small startup in the heart of Middle-East.
“Foundation & Blockchain Integration”
In 2023, the mission focused on leveraging technology for all with an emphasis on blockchain, aiming to decentralize and democratize business solutions. The strategy targeted both private businesses and individuals, promoting a white label approach that enables seamless integration of blockchain solutions with existing services. ⇣
The technical portfolio in 2023 included multiple projects with varying statuses. The ALT series was adjusted for profit utilization across projects, while other initiatives like Global Dev Wallet and L3 Solution were ceased or archived. Notably, ongoing projects such as Smart Security AI and Opensource Solidity were pursued through white label implementations and public repositories, emphasizing the importance of security and open collaboration.
“Evolving to a Startup Studio & AI Integration”
The year 2024 saw a strategic evolution as the mission was updated to transform business mindsets toward a 'Startup Studio' model, branded as LOTUSCHAiN. The vision shifted towards harnessing AI as both an assistant and a tool, signifying a broader adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and innovation in business practices. ⇣
In 2024, the project focus pivoted towards creating a unified hub through the Start Hub (Lotus Chain), which aimed to consolidate various startup initiatives under one umbrella. Additional projects, including an ongoing AI agentic system for white label applications, were balanced alongside the decision to archive training initiatives in AI models for the security and healthcare sectors, showcasing a strategic streamlining of efforts.
“Sector-Focused Innovation with Healthcare and AI SaaS”
In the early months of 2025, the mission was further refined to integrate the Startup Studio model with both vertical SaaS and non-SaaS products, guiding efforts toward the creation of a 'Trusts Fund'. The vision pivoted to spotlight AI primarily as an enabling tool or assistant, with a sharper focus on public sector applications, especially in areas like healthcare, marking a transitional phase that builds on the foundations from previous years. ⇣
